We are a full-service landscape provider specializing in all phases of commercial landscape management. We help clients maintain and improve property value through landscape appearance, functionality, and efficiency with our wide service range, technical expertise, and resources. From 5 local service centers, we serve the greater Portland Metropolitan and Salem areas.

- Works well with others in a team environment and is helpful and courteous to customers.
- Identifies, effectively communicates, and presents solutions to landscape issues.
- Communicates with customers on-site on a routine basis to discuss the customers priorities and to informs the customer of scheduled maintenance tasks, progress reports, and courtesy calls as required.
- Attends Homeowner's Association Meetings as necessary.
- Schedules job site walk through inspection with customers as required.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to client's desires.
- Assists in preparing estimates, collecting production data, sales presentations, negotiating, and renewing contracts.
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures.
- As a salaried exempt employee, may be required to work after hours or on weekends to accomplish goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION'S ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to lift and carry, push and pull 20-50 pounds of landscape material and equipment.
- Ability to walk/stand/squat/kneel.
- Make frequent repetitive movements with the left & right hand, wrist, ankle and knee.
- Ability to twist/turn/bend the trunk of the body frequently.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Possess and utilizes good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees and manager.
- Able to read and write English.
- Must possess a valid drivers' license with a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
- Possesses knowledge for application of commonly used pesticides.
- Bachelor's degree in the Agricultural Sciences or 30 semester units of agricultural related courses; and two years of technical experience or equivalent field experience and customer communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING THIS POSITION'S ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Outdoor sales activities in temperatures ranging from 20°+ to heat of 100°+ and exposure to rain.
- Exposure to dust, pollen, chemicals, noise and pollutants related to the landscape industry (fertilizer, pesticide, etc.).
- Machinery/equipment noise, traffic and hazards related to the landscape industry in a commercial environment.
Starting pay $55,000.00 DOE
