Role Description

Division CI Leaders will drive consistent process implementation and adherence, as well as encourage lean/continuous improvement behaviors in Sperber portfolio companies – including implementation of standard lean tools.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Drive the initial implementation of CI tools across assigned portfolio companies, with a focus on field productivity improvements
  • Coach and build capabilities of local management teams (including local CI coaches) during initial implementation
  • Ensure adherence to new practices through process checks on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate ad hoc problem solving in the field (guided by operational and financial results)
  • Share knowledge and lessons learned across assigned portfolio companies
  • Identify new initiatives and opportunities observed in the field, and raise suggested changes to central CI team

 

 

 

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of significant experience in managing Landscape Maintenance Operations OR applying Lean / Continuous Improvement concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to improve business (operational and commercial) results with lean concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to influence behaviors and build capabilities among local management and executive leadership teams
  • Excited about developing Continuous Improvement culture at Sperber companies
  • P & L experience preferred
  • Degree preferred
  • Spanish-speaking desired
  • Travel Required (75%)
